Heart defect, heart failure, ischaemic heart disease, asthma attacks, insulin-dependent diabetes (achrestic), stomach ulcer, hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis, epilepsy, HIV, cancer, drug addiction
Do you currently have any of the following musculoskeletal disorders?
Limb loss, severe injuries or diseases of the spine/joints with impaired movement
Do you currently have any of the following vision or hearing restrictions?
Severe short-sightedness/long-sightedness, deafness

Attention! All your answers will be checked by a military medical commission
Hiding any diseases is a violation. In this case, you will not be able to sign a contract and will be sent back to your place of residence at your own expense. Confirm that you are not hiding anything and have answered honestly
Confirm that you consciously and voluntarily choose to serve in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on a contract basis. You are ready to relocate and live in a military community in Russia. You accept the particularities associated with military service
